House Rules
- Guests must obey Pool Rules posted outdoors
- No street parking. Park all cars on property driveway.
- Be respectful of neighbors and treat our home as if it were your own.
- Please advise before booking if you plan to bring a service dog. No cats allowed.
- Wash off sand before entering house (you are welcome to use the garden shower).
- No smoking
- No glassware items around pool. Plastic/ acrylic tableware provided.
- Please ensure remote controls are left in respective rooms. There will be a $50 charge for each lost remote controls.
- NON-STAYING GUESTS: People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit listed. At 10:00 P.M., all guests not staying at the property need to depart from the premises.
- NOISE: Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. Music played inside may not be heard outside of the property with the doors and windows closed.
- PERSONAL LIABILITY: Our home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or death arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Guests are responsible for the safety of their children while on property.
- SOCIAL FUNCTIONS: Parties or social functions (i.e. reunions, receptions, etc.) with guests in attendance in numbers which exceed the stated maximum number of persons per rental are specifically prohibited without a fee and previous authorization.
